South Poplar School Project

I spent two weeks at South  Poplar Elementary school, where we created a 16 foot art installation.  Four panels, each one represents the beautiful old trees and landscape of the school grounds.  I love it when art includes everyone, and the whole student body, teachers, parent helpers, participated.  This was a large collage, so we worked with papers; painting, stamping, stenciling, cutting, and finally applying the papers to the panels.  Children from Kindergarten to Grade Five worked together to create this beautiful piece and I love seeing it at the school!
